1. Introduction

Merchant Account Outlet Inc is a merchant services company based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, that helps retail, restaurant, salon, and other service-based businesses obtain point-of-sale equipment, credit and debit card processing, and ACH processing. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Site, over the phone, by email or text message, and through any consultation or application forms you submit to us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information — name, business name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
• Business information — business type, industry, estimated monthly card volume, average ticket size, and current processing provider, submitted when you request a consultation or apply for a merchant account.
• Application and underwriting information — information required by our payment processing partners and issuing banks to evaluate and open a merchant account, which may include a federal tax ID (EIN), bank routing and account information, and business ownership details. We do not collect this information through the Site itself; it is collected directly by our processing partners during underwriting.
• Communications — records of calls, emails, text messages, and consultation requests you exchange with us, including the content of those communications.
• Technical and usage information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 6.

We do not knowingly collect full payment card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials through the Site. Any such information exchanged during the merchant account application process is collected and processed directly by our licensed payment processing and banking partners in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to consultation requests and provide quotes for POS equipment and payment processing services;
• Prepare and submit merchant account applications to our processing and banking partners on your behalf;
• Communicate with you about your account, equipment shipment and setup, and ongoing support;
• Send you service updates, appointment reminders, and — where you have opted in — promotional offers about our Services;
• Improve the Site, our Services, and our marketing;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and unauthorized activity; and
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number to Merchant Account Outlet Inc — for example, by requesting a consultation, calling us, or texting us — you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from us related to your consultation, merchant account application status, equipment setup and support, appointment reminders, and account service notifications. Where you have separately opted in, you may also receive promotional or marketing text messages about our POS and payment processing offers.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us at support@merchantaccountoutlet.online or (303) 847-9119. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 13. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information collected excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to provide the text messaging service itself (for example, our SMS platform provider) or as required by law.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processing and banking partners — to open and support your merchant account, we share the application information you provide with the processors, acquiring banks, and POS equipment vendors (such as providers of Clover Duo, Exatouch, and Tableturn systems) necessary to deliver the Services.
• Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as SMS/text delivery, email delivery, hosting, and customer relationship management, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety — where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or investigate fraud.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

As stated in Section 4, mobile opt-in information and text message originator data collected for SMS marketing purposes is never shared with third parties for their own marketing use.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of our advertising.
