These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of merchantaccountoutlet.online (the "Site"), operated by Merchant Account Outlet Inc ("Merchant Account Outlet," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, quiz, or quote request, you agree to these Terms.
Merchant Account Outlet is an independent provider that helps retail, restaurant, and service-based businesses obtain free-placement point-of-sale ("POS") equipment (such as Clover Duo, Exatouch, or TableTurn systems) and payment processing services, including a zero processing fee (dual-pricing / cash discount) option for qualifying businesses. Merchant Account Outlet is not a bank. Payment processing services are ultimately provided through our sponsoring bank and processing partners, and all processing relationships are subject to their underwriting, approval, and agreement terms.
Use of the free quote form, POS-match quiz, and related tools is intended for authorized representatives of an operating business. Free POS equipment placement, the zero processing fee program, approval timelines, and any specific rate or savings figures are subject to underwriting, card-network rules, and program qualification, and are not guaranteed to every applicant.
Statements on this Site such as estimated equipment cost savings, "$0" processing fees, or "24-48 hour" approval describe typical outcomes for qualifying businesses and are illustrative estimates, not a binding offer or guarantee. No pricing, equipment placement, savings figure, or approval timeline is binding on Merchant Account Outlet or any processing partner until reflected in a signed merchant processing agreement.
Where offered, our zero processing fee option is implemented as a compliant dual-pricing (cash discount) program in accordance with applicable card network rules and state law. Program structure, permissible disclosures, and surcharge/discount amounts will be confirmed with you during onboarding and may vary by state and card network.
By submitting your phone number and checking the applicable consent box on any form or quiz, you provide express written consent for Merchant Account Outlet to contact you by phone or text, including by automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice, regarding your request. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Merchant Account Outlet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.
The Site may reference or link to third-party services, including payment processors, POS equipment manufacturers, and analytics or advertising providers. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party service.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate presented (including any calculator or quiz result) will match your actual approved terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merchant Account Outlet Inc and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any estimate, illustration, or statement contained on it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merchant Account Outlet Inc from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
